MIRANDA HAS BEEN TRIMMED EVEN CLOSER TO THE NAIL

During the last session of the high court in a 5/4 ruling the justices have said that from now on a person under police custody or interrogation MUST NOW VOICE their right to remain silient and or both the right to counsel. Since the 1960's the rright to remain silient was just that. The officer had to read to the person their rights and one of those rights was to not say anything. While this is a brand new change and it is not clear whether the Miranda police cards are still part of the process it can be premised that this step will not be in place much longer. The law office has had a right to remain silient on the back of its cards for years. I have always instructed clients to voice activate the card for all the priviledges to spring to life. Mr. Green must have saw this law coming years ago!

In closing the closing advice of this lawyer is to simply say I WANT MY LAWYER and then be quiet. Nothing incriminating no admission of guilt just a quick reply to protect yourself from that point forward. Anyone can download the waiver card directly from the website. Cut it out and stick it in your wallet or purse and put another one in the glovebox.
