On 3/20/10 I participated in the state wide highschool mock court competition att he Santa Clara Courthouse. Much to my suprise the sponsers appointed me to be a sitting judge of two high school teams. It was a fantastic experience. There were close to 80 people in the room (parents teachers etc) . It was a fast paced two and a half hours. The courtroom took place in the old historic courthouse. I gained great respective and respect for what judges do. I have scored the competition at the local county level, but never as a judge. The students were well prepared . Website:hwgreen.net
3/3/10. One of the great past times I enjoy is giving back. I have volunteered to be a scoring attorney for the state's mock court competition for high schoolers. The case chosen is a criminal fact pattern and with me being a criminal defense attorney the fit makes sense. This is my third year doing this service, but the first year judging the state's best.
My own practice day was routine. Started a drug case today and the judge was happy to substitute me in because he knows I am very communicative and will meet all the deadlines demanded buy the clients. I am a pretty good motivator and that is because I want EVERYONE to succeed and have a great life. I laos am bvery passionate about our constitution and protecting our all important rights to due process.

The first day of the law office's blog page. Tonight I scored some terrific highschool students mock court competition . The Santa Clara Bar Association sponsored the competition over two weeks. As a criminal defense attorney the process was especially insightful as the primary practice of the law firm is Criminal Defense.
